新型粉体颗粒床过滤PM2.5烟尘粒子的实验研究 被引量:14

Experimental study of filtration of PM2.5 by a new powder bed filter

摘要 为解决颗粒床对PM2.5烟尘粒子过滤效率低的问题,研制了一种内径为100mm的新型粉体颗粒床实验装置,以发烟剂发生PM2.5烟尘粒子,进行0.10~0.074mm石英砂粉体层和0.355~0.5mm海砂颗粒层的过滤实验,用Welas3000气溶胶粒径谱仪检测颗粒床上下游烟尘粒子的浓度及粒径分布,结果表明:在0.1m/s的过滤速度下,0.355~0.5mm海砂细颗粒层对PM2.5烟尘粒子过滤效率低,平均过滤效率仅为32.125%;添加0.10~0.074mm石英砂粉体层后过滤效率明显提高,粉体层厚度由1mm增加到3mm时,平均过滤效率由64.510%增至95.841%;过滤速度调整为0.07m/s时,带有3mm厚粉体层的颗粒床的平均过滤效率增加至99.307%. In order to solve the problem of low filtration efficiency for PM2.5 in the traditional powder bed, a new powder bed filter with 100 mm inner diameter was developed. Using smoke agent to generate PM2.5, the filtration experiments of 0.10-0. 074 mm quartz sand powder layer and 0. 355-0.5 mm sand sea granular layer were conducted respectively in the powder bed filter. The concentrations and size distribution of the dust particles were obtained by Welas3000 aerosol spectrometer in the upstream and downstream of the bed. The results indicate that at the filtering velocity of 0.1 m/s, the filtration efficiency of PM2.5 for 0. 355--0.5 mm sea sand granule layer is low and the average filtration efficiency is only 32. 125 M. The average filtration efficiency increases obviously when a powder layer of 0.10-0. 074 mm quartz sand is added on the sea sand granule layer. The average filtration efficiency increases from 64. 510 to 95. 841M as the thickness of the powder layer increases from 1 mm to 3 mm. As the filtration velocity is O. 07 m/s, the average filtration efficiency with 3 mm thick powder layer increases to 99. 307.
