摘要
从Q12y-12×2500液压摆式剪板机的生产实际出发,经过理论分析与计算,提出了刀架回转工作角度的计算方法,并从几个方面论证了刀架几何尺寸的计算方法,进而确立了刃口面的加工方案。
Taking Q12y-12×2500 hydraulic swing beam shear as an example, the calculation method of the blade carrier＇s rotary work angle has been proposed in the text. The calculation of geometric dimensions of the blade carrier has been demonstrated in several aspects. Finally, the processing solution of the blade surface has been established.
