摘要
中国石化胜利油田是国家特大型企业,企业发展需要人才,人才的培养离不开培训,胜利培训既服务于中国石化胜利油田,又服务于社会。本文对胜利培训品牌的内涵、背景、意义及现状进行了分析,对如何建立胜利培训品牌进行了探索,胜利培训品牌建设包括培训品牌的开发、实施与市场营销(公关)的手段,以及胜利培训品牌的延伸和扩张,比较全面地介绍了胜利培训品牌的建设。
As Sinopec Shengli Oilfield is a state -level sizeable enterprise, its development needs talents in this field and the cultivation of talents cannot succeed without training. Shengli Training not only serves Sinopec Shengli Oilfield, but also serves the society. This article analyzes the connotation, backgrounds, significance and present situation of Shengli Brand building and explores how to build the brand of Shengli Training. It introduces the brand building of Shengli Training comprehensively, including the development and the performance of the training brand, marketing strategies and the extension and expansion of Shengli Training Brand as well.
