摘要
物证在诉讼中发挥着很重要的作用,但物品和痕迹最终发展为物证,不仅要历经法律程序,而且往往还需要物证技术的介入。当今社会科学技术的快速发展,也为物证的发现和鉴定带来了革命,运用高科技手段获取证据是未来物证技术的发展趋势。本文通过对物证技术的概念、分类、物证技术与刑事技术、法庭科学的区别与联系以及我国物证技术的发展与思考。以期更好地为物证制度的发展服务,为法律服务。
The physical evidence plays a very important role in the proceedings. But the items and traces finally develop into the physical evidence, not only need the pro- ceedings, but also often need the interven- tion of the technology of physical evidence. The rapid development of science and technology in today＇s society has brought a revolution for the discovery and identifica- tion of the physical evidence. It is the fu- ture trend of the technology of the physical evidence to use high-tech means to obtain the evidence. In order to provide better services for the development of the evi- dence system and the law, this paper dis- cussed the concept and the classification of the technology of physical evidence, the difference and contact with the criminal techniques and the forensic science and The development and thinking of China＇s physical evidence.
