摘要
我国在查处并制裁证券领域违法犯罪的道路上才刚刚起步,鉴于新形势下证券领域犯罪的特点,将注意力集中在司法对策的考量上,认为预防和打击证券领域犯罪,司法对策是核心,是关键。并针对现有司法对策的几大误区,经过再思考,提出了几点改进建议。
China has only just started on the road to investigate and sanction the crime in the securities field, in view of the char- acteristics of the crime in the securities field in the new situation, focusing on the considerations of justice responses that jus- tice response is the core and key to prevent and combat the crime in securities field. And put forward some suggestions for im- provement after re-thinking aimed at several major errors in the existing justice re- sponses.
