摘要
个人知识系统体现个人知识体系的整体性、动态性,其内涵包括"个人知识"的内容、"个人知识管理"的过程以及个人知识的转化与应用。在造成大学生知识系统残缺的众多因素中,现代知识型、现代知识以及现代教育是其中的主要因素,三者相互作用、相辅相成,共同决定着大学生的知识系统构成。大学生个人知识系统需依据其发展需求构建,每一个学生均生活在个人生态系统、教育生态系统、社会生态系统之中,三个系统由内向外嵌套,最终聚焦于个人知识、科学知识和本土知识。
Personal knowledge system is a reflection of integration and dynamic aspects of one＇s personal knowledge, the connotation of which include the content of ones personal knowledge, the process of personal knowledge management and the transformation and application of one＇s personal knowledge, Modem knowledge orientation, modem knowledge and modem education are the three main interdependent factors affecting the completeness of the college students＇personal knowledge system. Need is the key to the construction of college students＇knowledge system. Personal ecological system, educational ecological system and social ecological system in which students live decide cooperatively on the formation of the whole personal knowledge of college students in form of personal knowledge, scientific knowledge and localized knowledge.
