摘要
教师的专业发展是教师作为主体的主动发展过程,青年教师的专业成长是其内在专业结构不断更新、演进和丰富的过程。在新课程改革不断深入的形势下,广大青年地理教师和地理科学专业本科生、硕士生应努力成长为一名优秀的地理教师,其发展的基本途径包括:在工作中要注重不断地更新知识,掌握若干实用的技能,潜心研究,勇于创新,善于和学生交流等。
The professional development of teachers is an active process, in which teachers are the agent of the development. The professional growth of young geography teachers is a process in which their internal professional structures keep refreshing, evol- ving and enriching. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers'professional development may be perfected by up- dating knowledge, mastering practical skills and conducting research work, which may be considered the basic ways to becoming excellent teachers.
