糖尿病影响蛛网膜下腔出血大鼠模型的生存率

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)大鼠预后的影响。方法成年雄性wistar大鼠63只,应用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射的方法建立糖尿病大鼠模型,然后采用枕大池内两次新鲜自体动脉血注入的方法建立糖尿病大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血模型。大鼠随机分为糖尿病SAH组,42只;SAH组,21只。第2次注血48 h后观察大鼠的成活率。结果糖尿病SAH组大鼠死亡33只,死亡率为78.57%;SAH组死亡4只,死亡率为18.09%。0-24 h、24-48 h、48-72 h 3个时间段的死亡数明显大于SAH对照组,差异有显著性。72-96 h时间段的死亡数与SAH对照组相比,差异无显著性。结论糖尿病可以显著增加蛛网膜下腔出血后大鼠的死亡率。尤其可以明显增加糖尿病大鼠72 h内的死亡率。 [ Objective ] To investigate the effect of diabetes on prognosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) rat. [ Methods ] Wistar rats were injected intraperitoneally with STZ once to induce the diabetes models, SAH model was constructed by two-time fresh autologous blood injection in the cisterna magna of diabetic rats. 63 adult male Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups randomly: diabetics SAH group including 42 rats, control SAH group including 21 rats. [Results] There were 33 rats died in the diabetes SAH group, the mortality rate is 78.57%; While there were only 4 rats that died in the SAH group, and the mortality rate was 18.09%. The death number is greater than the control SAH group significantly in 0-24 h, 24-48 h, 48-72 h. But there is no statistical significance in 72-96 h. [ Conclusion ] Diabetes can increase the death rate of rats when they suffer subarachnoid hemorrhage significantly, especially for the first 72 h.
