摘要
基于长沙市1950s、1970s、1990s和2010s 4期地形数据,对长沙市规划区近60年来的4期湿地面积进行统计和分析,研究表明:(1)城市化进程中城市湿地的缩减不可避免,(2)城市建设用地布局及城市组团扩张方向对城市湿地的类型组成和数量变化有直接影响,(3)有效的保护政策和保护措施可以使城市湿地的缩减趋势放缓并且在一定范围内逆转,(4)单一保护模式下的湿地保护工作的滞后导致城郊湿地萎缩较为严重。最后根据研究结果及现行湿地保护法规规范就城市湿地保护对策提出四点建议。
Based on statistics and analysis of terrain data of Changsha in 1950s, 1970s, 1990s and 2010s, the changes of wetlands areas in the planning region of Changsha city in recent 60 years were investigated. The results show that (1) it was inevitabe that the urban wetlands reduced during the process of urbanization; (2) the land layout of urban construction and the expansion direction of city tours had a direct impact on the type composition and the changes of urban wetlands areas; (3) the effective protective policy and protective measures could slow down the reduction of urban wetlands, and sometimes could even reverse the trend within a certain range; (4) single protective mode of wetlands led to serious shrinking of wetlands in suburban area. Finally, according to the research results as well as the existing protection regulations and norms about wetland, the suggestions of future urban wetland protection were puts forward specially.
