摘要 介绍CO2气体保护焊丝焊接飞溅原因及预防措施。以ER50-6为例,从CO2气体保护焊丝原料成分、焊丝生产工艺过程控制和焊接工艺参数3方面分析引起焊接飞溅的因素,给出CO2气体保护焊丝焊接时金属飞溅的预防措施:(1)严格控制焊丝原料各成分含量,尤其是C的质量分数不能超过0.08%;(2)加强焊丝生产工艺过程控制,模具6 h更换一次,拉拔油12 h彻底更换一次;(3)选择合适的焊接工艺参数,焊枪倾斜角度不能超过20°,焊丝的伸出长度为直径的10~12倍;(4)在焊丝表面涂覆活性剂;(5)在CO2中加入氩气。以上措施可有效减少焊接过程焊接飞溅的产生。 To introduce welding spatter cause and preventive measures of CO2 gas shielding welding wire. Taking ER50 - 6 for example, from three aspects of welding wire composition and production process control and welding process to analyze the factors leading to welding spatter, the preventive measures for welding spatter of welding wire are given: ( 1 ) to strictly control component of material, especially carbon mass fraction can' t be over 0.08%, (2) to strengthen welding wire pro- duction process control, wire drawing die was replaced one time every 6 hours, lubrication oil was replaced every 12 hours, ( 3 ) to select suitable welding process parameters, the incline angle of welding gun can' t be over 20~ , extension elongation of welding wire is 10 to 12 times of diameter, (4) to coat active agent on welding wire, (5) to add argon to CO2 gas. Above measures can decrease welding spatter effectively.
