摘要
用于焊丝生产的原料盘条的表面质量直接影响焊丝的镀铜质量,如果存在较为严重的裂纹、折叠、结疤、耳子、分层和氧化皮嵌入等表面缺陷,并且其缺陷在前处理酸洗中无法消除,这样存在表面缺陷的焊丝经过镀铜工序,镀铜层会产生剥离、毛刺等缺陷。存在镀铜质量缺陷的焊丝在实际焊接过程中会出现送丝阻力大,送丝不稳,焊道外观成型不好等焊接缺陷。采用严格的盘条检查制度和适当延长酸洗时间2种方法,可减少盘条缺陷对镀铜层的影响。提出在镀铜前的生产线上使用自动涡流探伤器在线检测设备的设想。
Surface defect of wire rod for welding wire affect welding wire copper plating quality directly, if appears such defect as obvious crackle, fold, scab, chip, delamination and oxide skin embedding, and the defect without removing in pre-treatment pickling, after copper plating, the defect leading to copper plating layer to peel and skin needling. The weld- ing wire with copper plating surface defect can appear big wire feed resistance in practical welding course, which lead to in- stable wire feed and bad wire bead appearance. Adopting strict wire rod inspection regulation and prolonging pickling time appropriately can decrease the effect of wire rod defect on copper plating coat. The idea is put forth to use auto eddy current testing device in checkout equipment on-line.
