摘要
高校图书馆在新时期要想求发展、谋生存,就必须更新服务理念,提高服务质量。而图书管理委员会这一新生力量的注入,带动了馆员的工作热情,培养了馆员的管理能力;热情、奔放、充满激情的社团活动扩大了图书馆的影响力,提高了书库的流通量;通过自身体验,与图书馆零距离接触,使图书馆知识与工作得到很好的宣传,让读者进一步认识图书馆的教育职能。
The university library must renovate its service concept and improve its service to strive for development and survival. University Library Management Committee stimulates the librarians＇working enthusiasm and cultivates their management abilities. Meanwhile, Club activities organized expand the influence of the library and improve the book in circulation and the educational function of the library is better understood by readers via their own expe- rience.
