摘要
目的:了解大肠癌围手术期症状特点及证型分布规律。方法:采用临床调查方法,对210例围手术期大肠癌患者证候及症状进行研究。采用频数分析和卡方检验进行统计分析。结果:术前出现频率最高的症状为便血(70.95%),证候为阴血不足证(37.14%)。术后3d及术后7d以乏力、盗汗、自汗、口干渴、红舌、腻苔、数脉、滑脉等症状表现突出。证型以脾气亏虚证及阴血不足证最为常见。术后10d多数症状减轻甚至消失。结论:大肠癌围手术期常见5种证型,分别为湿热蕴结证、阴虚内热证、脾气亏虚证、阴血不足证及气阴两虚证。研究大肠癌围手术期症状特点及辨证分型,将推进中医药预防肿瘤复发转移的研究。
Objective： To summarize the character of symptoms and distribution rules of syndrome pattern in TCM on the patients with colorectal carcinoma in perioperative period. Methods： 210 cases of patients with colorectal carcinoma in perioperative period were investigated by clinical observations and statistical analyzed by frequency analysis and chi-square test. Results： The symptom which occurred most was hemafecia （70.95%）, and the syndrome is Yin-blood deficiency （37.14%） before surgery. The prominent symptoms within 3 days or after 7 days of surgery were weakness, night sweating, spontaneous sweating, thirst, red tongue with greasy fur, rapid pulse or slippery pulse. And the prominent syndromes were spleen qi deficiency and Yin-blood deficiency. Most of symptoms were alleviated or even disappeared after 10 days of surgery. Conclusiou： There were five kinds of TCM syndrome patterns on the patients with colorectal carcinoma in perioperative period： Agglomeration of dampness and heat, Yin deficiency and internal heat, Spleen-qi deficiency, Yin-blood deficiency, Qi-Yin deficiency. The summary of the character of symptoms and distribution rules of syndrome pattern in TCM on the patients with colorectal carcinoma in perioperative period will boost the study of Chinese medicine in preventing tumor recurrence and metastasis.
