摘要
以西昌-攀枝花高速公路试验路段为依托,在大量现场试验结果的基础上,利用压实度、承载比(CBR)、回弹模量和变形模量等指标,研究分析了昔格达这种特殊地层用作高速公路路基填料的最佳施工工艺:最佳松铺厚度30~35cm,最佳碾压方式为从强振到弱振,最佳碾压遍数为6~7遍。另外,根据室内非饱水CBR和饱水CBR的大量试验结果,研究得到两者之间具有很好的相关关系,相关系数达到0.966,利用两者之间的相关关系可以节约施工之前填料强度的检测时间。
The article researches the optimum technique of construction using the especial Xigeda stratum as roadbed fillers of an expressway by using the compaction degree, CBR, resilience modulus and deformation modulus, and based on the Xichang-Panzhihua expressway and a lot bf test results. The optimum loose paving thickness is 30-35 cm. The optimum mode of compaction is from strong vibration to weak vibration. The optimum number of compaction is 5-6. The article researches the correlation between the indoor saturated CBR and non-saturated CBR based on a large number of experiment results. The results indicate that the correlation is very good and correlative coefficient is 0. 966. It can shorten the time of strength test for the Xigeda fillers.
