摘要
中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)是一种累及视网膜和脉络膜的自限性眼底黄斑区疾病,病因和发病机制尚不明确。目前,CSC的治疗方法主要有药物治疗、激光光凝、微脉冲半导体激光、经瞳孔温热疗法、光动力疗法等,同时国际上亦出现了治疗CSC的新方法:玻璃体内注射新生血管内皮生长因子抑制剂。本文在分析CSC病因及发病机制的基础上,对CSC的治疗方法进行阐述。
Central serous chorioretinopathy （CSC） is a common choroidal and ret- inal selflimiting macular disease, its etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis are no completely understood. Nowdays, the novel therapy method for CSC include drugs, laser photocoag- ulation,and micropulse diode laser, transpupillary thermotherapy, photodynamic thera- py. Meanwhile, the new international treatment of CSC is also exploring and researc- hing：intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF. Based on analyzing the etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of CSC ,this article reviews the treatment methods for CSC.
