摘要
目的 :探讨喉外伤的合理救治 ;方法 :回顾性分析了 1 982年 1 1月～ 1 998年1 2月收治的 1 6例急诊喉外伤患者的临床资料 ,其中 1 4例为开放性喉外伤 ,2例为闭合性外伤。对其 1 2例行喉腔探查。结果 :1 2例中拔管 9例 ,喉狭窄 2例 ,1例死于颅脑损伤。结论 :在对喉外伤行急救处理时要一期重建喉的结构 ,对严重的闭合性喉外伤要尽早行手术探查。
Objective:To explore the treatment of larynx trauma.Methods:Among sixteen patients with larynx trauma,14 had open injury,2 close wound.12 cases were operated.Results:9 cases were cured,narrow larynx in 2 cases were left over.Conclusion:Reconstruction larynx must be done when the patients were treated.The patients with severe close larynx trauma should be operated as soon as possible. [
