经皮椎体成形术与经皮椎体后凸成形术后邻近椎体继发骨折的研究进展 被引量:11

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF SECONDARY FRACTURE OF ADJACENT VERTEBRAL BODY AFTER PERCUTANEOUS VERTEBROPLASTY AND PERCUTANEOUS KYPHOPLASTY

摘要 目的总结经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)与经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneouskyphoplasty,PKP)术后邻近椎体继发骨折的研究进展。方法查阅近年来国内外PVP与PKP的相关文献,进行分析总结。结果 PVP与PKP术后邻近椎体继发骨折的原因主要有:骨质疏松症的自然进程、初始骨折性质、骨水泥、手术方式、骨密度等。结论 PVP与PKP术后邻近椎体继发骨折对于临床医生是一个挑战,各种因素均需要充分考虑,且尚需大量基础及临床流行病学研究予以证实。 Objective To summarize the research progress of secondary fracture of adjacent vertebral body after percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) and percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP). Methods Recent literature concerning PVP and PKP was extensively reviewed and summarized. Results The main reasons of secondary fracture of adjacent vertebral body after PVP and PKP are the natural process of osteoporosis, the initial fracture type, the bone cement, the surgical approach, the bone mineral density, and other factors. Conclusion Secondary fracture of adjacent vertebral body after PVP and PKP is a challenge for the clinician, a variety of factors need to be suficiently considered and be confirmed by a lot of basic and clinical epidemiogical studies.
