5种杀菌剂对网纹甜瓜蔓枯病菌的室内毒力测定 被引量:5

摘要 为筛选出有效防治网纹甜瓜蔓枯病的药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了5种杀菌剂对网纹甜瓜蔓枯病菌的抑菌作用。结果表明:5种杀菌剂中,25%溴菌清WP对网纹甜瓜蔓枯病病原菌的毒力最强,EC50值为64.051 1mg/L;80%克菌丹WDG和80%代森锰锌WP次之,EC50值分别为161.006 9mg/L和259.921 6mg/L;70%甲基硫菌灵WP和75%百菌清WP的毒力最差。25%溴菌清WP、80%克菌丹WDG和80%代森锰锌WP均可有效抑制网纹甜瓜蔓枯病菌的生长,可进一步用于田间试验。 In order to select fungicides that can effectively control gummy stem blight, bacteriostasis of five fungicides on muskmelon gummy stem blight was measured using mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that the toxicity of bromothalonil 25G WP was the strongest, with the EC50 of 64. 051 1 mg/L. Followed by captan 80% WDG and mancozeb 80G WP with the EC50 of 161. 006 9 and 259. 921 6 mg/L, respectively. While thiophanate-Methyl 70G WP and chlorothalonil 75% WP were lower than others. Bromothalonil 25% WP, captan 80% WDG and mancozeb 80% WP could effectively inhibit the growth of muskmelon gummy stem blight and could be used in field trials.
