摘要
研究了离析焙烧-磁选法富集磁铁矿尾渣中钴的工艺条件。正交试验结果表明,炭粉加入量对精矿产品钴含量的影响最大,其次是焙烧温度,最后是氯化钠加入量。炭粉加入量、焙烧温度的提高均有助于钴的富集,在焙烧温度1 200℃、炭粉加入量20%、氯化钠加入量4%、焙烧时间2h的条件下,精矿钴品位可达到0.044 5%,钴回收率为75.35%。
Technological conditions were studied of cobalt enrichment from magnetite tailings by segrega- tion roasting-magnetic separation. The results from orthogonal experiments show that carbon powder a- mount is the strongest influencing factor on cobalt content of the concentrate product, followed by calcina- tion temperature, and sodium chloride amount is the last one. Higher carbon powder amount and roasting temperature are conducive to cobalt enrichment. The cobalt grade of the concentrate reaches 0. 044 5% with a cobalt recovery of 75.35% ,under the conditions of 1 200 ℃ roasting temperature,20% carbon pow- der amount,4% sodium chloride amount and 2 h roasting time.
