摘要
在银催化剂单管装置上对YS-8520银催化剂进行了驯化试验,考察了时间、氧含量和Cl因子等因素对催化剂活性和环氧乙烷(EO)选择性的影响。试验结果表明,在运行的起始阶段,YS-8520银催化剂活性很高、EO选择性略低,之后活性逐渐下降、EO选择性升高,因此需要在较低汽包温度、较高的Cl因子条件下缓慢调节工艺条件,使装置实现平稳运行;在装置投料初期Cl因子应控制在0.15~0.20,装置运行稳定后Cl因子应控制在0.07~0.15。在中国石化天津分公司环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置上YS-8520银催化剂的试验结果表明,装置运行3 a的EO平均选择性达到82.8%,比该装置上一次使用的YS-7银催化剂高3.2百分点。
The effects of runtime, oxygen concentration and chlorine on the activity and selectivity of YS-8520 silver catalyst for the synthesis of ethylene oxide from ethylene and oxygen were studied through domestication experiment in a pilot plant with a single tube reactor. The results indicated that the activity and selectivity of YS-8520 silver catalyst were very high and slightly low at the beginning, respectively, and then the activity decreased gradually and the selectivity rose. So EO/ EG plants should be operated by adjusting process parameters slowly at low steam temperature with a high Cl factor. The Cl factor should be between 0.15 and 0.20 in the running beginning, and then kept between 0.07 and 0.15 in the running. The selectivity ofYS-8520 silver catalyst reached 83.8% during the industrial application after the running for seven months, and its average selectivity to ethylene oxide in 3 years was 82.8%, 3.2 percentage points higher than that of the last silver catalyst YS-7.
