屈螺酮炔雌醇片用于人工流产术后的临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨人工流产后应用复方短效口服避孕药—屈螺酮炔雌醇片的作用。方法选择2011年10月—2012年4月该院人工流产病例共1260例,将其随机分为试验组(口服屈螺酮炔雌醇组)和对照组。试验组在人工流产术后当天开始口服屈螺酮炔雌醇,1片/d,21d为1个周期,共3个周期。对两组人工流产术后的各种参数进行跟踪和观察,比如阴道出血时间、重复流产率、月经周期、月经复潮时间、月经量、是否存在周期性腹痛等。同时子宫内膜厚度采用B超进行检测。结果试验组术后阴道出血时间(6.3±1.4)d、首次月经恢复时间(27.1±1.5)d、再次妊娠率(0.7%)明显低于对照组(7.0±2.7)d、(32.3±6.5)d、4.8%;实验组月经减少、宫腔粘连的发生率(1.8%、0.5%),明显低于对照组(17.1%、3.2%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人流术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇可降低再次妊娠率,促进子宫内膜修复,有效恢复月经周期,预防宫腔粘连。 Objective To investigate the effect of taking'compound short-acting contraceptive, drospirenone ethinyl estradiol, after the abortion. Methods We took the 1260 cases of abortion carrying out in our hospital from October 2011 to April 2012, and divided them into experimental group (taking drospirenone ethinyl estradiol) and control group. The experimental group began taking one drospirenone ethinyl estradiol per day on the day of abortion, 21 days for one cycle, a total of 3 cycles. We observed the postoperative vaginal bleeding, repeat abortion rate, menstrual restoration, menstrual period, menstrual flow and the presence of cyclical abdominal pain of the two groups, we also monitored the endometrial thickness using B ultrasound. Results The vaginal bleeding time (6.3±1.4)d, menstrual restoration (27.1±1.5)d and re-gestating rate(0.7%)of the experimental group are significantly lower than that of the control group ((7.0±2.7)d, (32.3±6.5)d and 4.8%). The incidences of menstrual flow decreasing and intrauterine adhesions of the experimental group (1.8%, 0.5%) are significantly lower than that of the control group (17.1%,3.2%).Conclusions Taking drospirenone ethinyl estradiol after abortion will reduce re-gestating rate, promote endometrial repairing, help to restore menstruation, and prevent intrauterine adhesions.
