摘要
本文从德国职业教育中以"能力矩阵"为基础的"教学微设计"入手,结合笔者在德国学习的经历,分析了基于"能力矩阵"的"教学微设计"对我国高职教学的启示,阐述了项目式教学的流程,并提出实施这种教学设计应实现教学观念的转变、教学管理的转变、课堂形式的转变等三大转变。
Began at "teaching micro design which based on capacity matrix" of German Vocational Education, combined with learning experience in Germany, this paper analyzed the "teaching micro design which based on capacity matrix" inspiration for higher vocational teaching in China, elaborated the process of project - based teaching, and proposed that three changes should be made for implementation of the teaching design, which are teaching concepts, teaching management, and classroom - type.
