摘要
目的 :探讨亚甲蓝染色法寻找泪囊侧泪小管断端在泪小管吻合术中的应用价值。方法 :采用亚甲蓝染色法寻找泪囊侧下泪小管断端 ,进行泪小管吻合术。结果 :2 7例 2 7眼下泪小管断裂 ,泪囊侧下泪小管断端经亚甲蓝染色标记明显 ,2 7眼中 2 6眼 (96 .30 % )找到泪囊侧断端 ,吻合手术顺利。随访 3～ 6月 ,2 6眼中手术成功 2 4眼 (92 .30 % ) ,好转 1眼 (3.85 % ) ,未愈 1眼 (3.85 % )。结论 :采用亚甲蓝染色法 ,染色标记明显 ,寻找泪小管断端省时、方便 ,有助于泪小管吻合术的进行 。
Objective:To investigate the practical value of Methylenum Coerulenum dyeing method in locating the breaking end of dacrocyst side canaliculi in lower lacrimal canaliculi laceration anastomosis.Methods:Apply the Methylenum Coerulenum dyeing method to locate the breaking ends of dacrocyst side canaliculi in 27 cases of lower lacrimal canaliculi anastomosis.Result:The breaking ends of dacrocyst side canaliculi in 26 out of 27 cases were dyed obviously by Methylenum Coerulenum,so that they could be located easily.All of the cases were followed up for 3 to 6 months.Of these 26 cases,24 were cured(92 30%);1 turned better(3 85%);1 failed(3 85%).Conclusion:The Methylenum Coerulenum dyeing method proved useful in locating the breaking ends of dacrocyst side canaliculi in anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculi laceration.
