摘要
介绍金陵石化公司南京炼油厂加氢裂化装置的几项技术改造措施 ,加工高胶质及沥青质的平台蜡油 ,解决分馏系统带水问题 ;采用低氮油开路外排 ,保证喷气燃料质量 ;延长加氢精制催化剂CH 6的使用寿命 ;恰当调节换热温控阀节能 ;利用加氢裂化工艺深度加氢精制重质环烷基原油二次加工后的不合格柴油。
Some tenchnical transform measures for the hydrocracker in Nanjing Refinery were taken, such as processing high resin and asphaltene content VGO, solving the water carrying problem in the debutanizer, adopting low nitrogen open loop, ensuring the jet fuel quality, increasing throughput, regulating the temperature control valve for energy saving, and processing FCC LCO and coker gas oil from heavy naphthenic crude oil processing.
