制备高光学纯度的氯吡格雷硫酸氢盐的方法研究

摘要 氯吡格雷是一种新型的具有不可逆性的抑制血小板聚集的噻吩并吡啶化合物。氯吡格雷右旋异构体具有血小板凝聚的抑制作用,而左旋异构体是无活性的。本文主要阐述对制备高光学纯度的氯吡格雷硫酸氢盐的方法研究。
