Anti dumping is the most important protection means of WTO's three major trade protection measures.It is essential to protect the interests of our petrochemical industry by the application of WTO's Anti Dumping Agreement.This article,in view of both the country and SINOPEC,puts forward 16 suggestions over how to make effective anti dumping measures.
