摘要 为了快速切除故障,避免电网运行方式变化时设备参数重新整定,提出了一种不依赖运行方式的故障判定准则。建立了配电网的开关分组模型,在此基础上依靠故障电流及有功功率方向,将判定准则转换为一系列的逻辑运算。提出了一种开关逻辑值及开关组逻辑值的计算方法,并运用开关组逻辑值计算出各个开关的动作逻辑值。运用该方法对配网开闭环运行方式进行了详细分析。针对暂时性故障引入了一种不依赖通信的开关一侧失压重合机制,有效避免了通信异常情况下的故障隔离范围扩大。给出一个4电源,15分段开关的网格状配电网两处同时故障作为实例,表明了所提出方法的可行性。 Fault judgment criteria independent of operation mode is proposed to solve the problems of fast removal of the fault and avoiding re-tuning of device parameters in the operation mode changes. A distribution network switch group model is established, based on which and relying on fault currents and active power direction, the criteria is converted to a series of logical operations. Logical value of a switch and the logic of the switch group value are calculated, and the logical value of the switch group is used to calculate the action of each switch logic value. Using this method, distribution network open/closed loop operation mode are analyzed in detail. For temporary failure, the coincidence mechanism is introduced which does not depend on the communication side of the switch voltage, effectively avoiding the fault isolation scope expansion in the exceptional circumstances of the communication. A grid distribution network with 4 mains and 15 disconnected switches is taken as an example when two failures simultaneously occur. It demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed method.
