摘要
为了解决电力系统恢复过程中黑启动方案优选问题,提出了基于前景理论和灰色关联理想解法的黑启动方案优选模型。结合相关资料,构建了电力系统黑启动方案的综合评价指标体系。运用(TOPSIS)灰关联理想解法和灰关联分析法构建了正(负)关联系数矩阵;再基于前景理论及其正负前景价值函数构成了正(负)前景价值矩阵和黑启动方案综合前景值最大化的约束非线性优化模型,求解模型得出各方案的综合前景值;得到综合前景值最大的黑启动方案。通过实例验证了所提模型的科学性和实用性,且模型的决策灵敏度很好。
In order to solve the problems of optimal selection of black-start scheme during the process of power system restoration, a black-start scheme optimization model based on prospect theory and grey relational analysis is proposed. The comprehensive evaluation index system of power system black-start scheme is formed based on relevant data. First, the positive and negative correlation coefficient matrixes are established by using TOPSIS and grey relation analysis method. Second, the positive (negative) ideal prospect value matrixes black-start scheme and the controlling non-linear optimization model of comprehensive prospect value maximum are built up on the basis of prospect theory and its positive (negative) prospect value functions; the comprehensive prospect value maximum is solved by the model. Then, the black-start scheme of comprehensive prospect value maximum is obtained. The model is proved to be scientific and practical, and has higher sensitivity.
