摘要
针对某联合收割机耳旁噪声不满足国家标准限值的问题,对整车进行声源识别,结合偏相干分析、传递路径分析和相关相干分析理论发展了适合复杂机械的多相关声源识别方法。通过测试各声源部位声压,找出各声源之间相互影响的结构,对多相关声源测点进行偏相干能量处理,得到机械传动部件对耳旁噪声的能量贡献和受干涉声源结构的独立声学特性。结合传递路径分析方法得到了发动机相关声源对耳旁噪声的噪声能量贡献,经过对主要声源位置相应的改进措施,实车验证耳旁噪声能够满足国标要求。
For the problem that the noise level of some combine harvester doesn't match the national certification,combining partial coherence,transfer path analysis and the theory relate to correlation and coherence,the new method of identifying multi-correlated noise sources is developed.The characteristics of sound source and independence of signal which have mutual interference each other are analyzed and computed with developed partial coherence method,simultaneously,using TPA(Transfer Path Analysis) method,the sound source relate to engine of combine harvester is analyzed,finally,the major noise source location of the harvester is identified,and the energy contribute of source to the target is known.After the major structure of noise source being improved appropriately,the level of ear noise meets the requirement of national standard in real experiment.
