摘要
超声车削加工方法相对传统车削加工有较好的工艺效果,所以超声车削加工被广泛应用于难加工材料的加工。超声车削对刀具振动幅度和频率都有极其特殊的要求,在其控制的过程中高频微小幅度振动的检测技术显得尤其重要。文中针对高频微幅振动系统提出一种性价比优良的系统方案,经实验验证该方案测试效果良好、可靠性高。
Relative to traditional processing, ultrasonic machining have a better process. So the ultrasound turning is widely used in the machining of difficult to machine materials. Ultrasound turning tool' s vibration amplitude and frequency are extremely special requirements. High-frequency and small-amplitude vibration detection technology is especially important. This paper proposes a good solution for the high-frequency slight vibration system. Experiments show that the program is good, high reliability.
