摘要
为了解胶州湾浮游植物的时空分布特征及其与环境因子的关系,对胶州湾浮游植物展开了为期1 a的双月调查,并分析了环境因子对浮游植物的影响。在15个站位的调查研究中,共发现浮游植物61属117种,其中硅藻43属77种,甲藻14属36种,褐胞藻3属3种,未定类1种。硅藻在数量与物种组成上均具有明显优势,分别占浮游植物总量的99.3%与65.6%;甲藻数量比例在夏季有明显增加。浮游植物细胞丰度、叶绿素a质量浓度、多样性指数(H′)和均匀度(J)呈现明显的季节特征:细胞丰度周年变动范围为(0.3~175.0)×104cells/L,最高峰出现在初春(3月);叶绿素a质量浓度的周年变动范围为1.0~3.9μg/L,春季和夏季较高;多样性指数的周年变动范围为0.46~3.02,均匀度的周年变动范围为0.13~0.80,多样性指数与均匀度3月最低,其他调查月份均较高。浮游植物优势种以硅藻为主,季节演替明显。浮游植物生物量(细胞丰度、叶绿素a质量浓度)在不同月份的变化与海水温度、营养盐结构、营养盐浓度呈显著相关。
The present paper is aimed to provide a comprehensive survey of the spatial and temporal characteristics of phytoplankton and its relation with the environmental factors in Jiaozhou Bay, Shandong, through our own on-spot investigation. For such a kind of research need, we have collected water samples bimonthly at 15 sites during the period from April 2010 to March 2011 and analyzed them in terms of phytoplankton composition and chlorophyll concentration. The re- search focus has particularly been put on the analysis of the relation among the physical factors (such as the surface seawater temperature and the surface water salinity), nutrient factors (such as dissolved inorganic nitrogen, soluble reactive phosphorus and dissolved reactive silica) and the phytoplankton biomass, with the phytoplankton identi- fied and counted with the Utermshl method. As a result, we have ex- amined the chlorophyll concentration by means of UV-Vis spectropho- tometer. On the whole, we have identified 117 species of phytoplank-ton, which can be correspondingly categorized into 61 genera, of which, 43 genera and 77 species belong to bacillariphyta; 14 genera and 36 species(to dinophyta; 3 genera and 3 species(to heterokonto- phyta; and I species ( to the ineertae sedis. We have also found that the phytoplankton eornmunity is dominated with baeillariphyta both in abundance (99,3%) and species richness (65.6%), with the rate of dinophyta species increased in summer season. There exist signifi- cant temporal variations in terms of cell abundance, chlorophyll a concentration, Shannon-Weaver index and evenness. For example, cell abundance may range from 0.3× 10^4 cells/L to 175.0 × 10^4 cells/L, with a peak appearing in early spring (March); chlorophyll a concentration, whose peaks may not be in consistence with the cell abundance (ranging from 1.0μg/L to 3,9 μg/L, with higher values in spring and summer) .
