摘要
广珠铁路上跨广清高速公路及田南路地段受线路平面及高程控制,采用1-80 m全结合桥面钢桁梁。从方案构思,结合桥面钢桁梁构造研究、设计参数、计算模型及计算结论等几方面进行重点阐述,对全结合桥面钢桁梁与传统纵横梁体系钢桁梁进行经济指标分析,结合桥面钢桁梁具有建筑高度低、构造简洁(取消下平纵联)、用钢量少及动力性能好等优点。本桥桥位处采用1-80 m全结合桥面钢桁梁有效解决桥下行车净空要求,无需抬高线路高程,降低了整个桥梁工程造价;本桥实施后对推动低高度、全结合桥面钢桁梁有积极意义。
Considering the actual situation of the route' plane and route' elevation, the fully composite bridge-deck steel trussed girder with a span of 80 meters was used in Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway to span above Guangzhou- Qingyuan Expressway and Tiannan Road. This paper describes emphatically the scheme conception, structure research, design parameters, calculation model, calculation conclusions etc. about the composite bridge-deck steel trussed girder. And then the paper analyzes the economic indicators of fully composite bridge-deck steel trussed girder, compared with the traditional steel trussed girder in longitudinal-transverse beam system. The analysis results show that the composite-deck steel trussed girder has the advantages of shallower height, simpler structure (the bottom longitudinal bracing has been canceled) , less steel consumption and better dynamic performance. As a result, by using this kind of girder in this bridge location, the issues on bridge clearance of road traffic under the bridge can be solved effectively without raising the route's elevation, and the cost of the whole bridge project can be reduced. Furthermore, this bridge will make positive influence on the popularization and application of shallow steel trussed girder with fully composite bridge-deck after it is as-built.
