摘要
从服务理念和环境、服务内容、经费馆藏和对外合作四方面分析公共图书馆视障服务现状,研究视障读者对公共图书馆的服务需求,探讨公共图书馆视障服务引入CS战略建立服务体系,整合服务资源,加强社会合作。
The paper analyzes the current situation of the visually impaired service in public library from the perspectives of service idea and environment, service content, funds and collections, foreign co-operation; studies the information demand of the visually impaired, and discusses the methods to improve the services, such as introducing customer service strategy to build service system, integrating service resources, and strengthening social cooperation.
