摘要
对转型企业与知识转移方在知识转移中的博弈过程进行了研究,采用非对称演化博弈的方法分析了双方的动态博弈均衡,并对平衡点的局部稳定性进行分析,在此基础上,采用数据仿真的方式验证了平衡点局部稳定性分析结论的合理性。
This paper studies the game between the transformation business and the knowledge transfer side during the process of knowledge transfer, and analyze the dynamic game equilibrium with the method of non-symmetric evolutionary game, further to verify the conclusions reasonable of the balance point of local stability through data simulating.
