基于知识学习的陶瓷坯料配方系统设计与实现

摘要 计算机辅助陶瓷坯料配方系统通过计算机程序在选定的原料和目标坯料之间求出一个最优配方,而后这个配方还需经过实际配料的检验,以实际配料试验为基础对最优配方进行调整,将调整后的配方存入数据库作为配方知识,在配方时配方系统可以直接在目标坯料和配方知识库之间进行配方,在误差允许的范围内可以直接使用已有配方知识库中配方而无需重复配方计算和试验;经过100次左右相近配方实验后,配方精度平均误差在1%上下小幅波动,达到了系统设计的预期目标。 Computer--aided ceramics blank formula system obtain an optimal formula via a computer program calculated between selected raw materials and target blank, and the optimal formula is needed inspection of the actual ingredients. Modified the optimal formula based on actual ingredients test and store the modified formula into data base as formula knowledge, formula system can directly execute formula process between target blank and formula knowledge base, can directly use the formula which has been stored in knowledge base within the allowed error range without duplicate formula calculate and test. After about 100 times of similar formula experiment, the average error of formula precision fluctuating in a small--scope up and down 1%, achieve the desired objective of the system design.
