摘要
将虚拟现实技术应用到采油工程,能提供更加丰富的工作手段;文中首先分析了仿真平台的功能,建立了系统的基本框架,利用3dsmax与仿真软件结合,模拟了井筒、管柱、机采等设备;构建了井场的虚拟环境,模拟了井下作业的工艺流程,并且能够通过二维图标对井筒进行动态组装;该平台能够为用户提供从方案设计到仿真采油工程工作流程的功能,使用户能够全面了解采油设备,掌握最新的油井信息,为生产决策提供支持。
To use VR in Oil Extraction Engineering, it can provide a richer means of work. In this article firstly we analysis the function of simulation platform, establish the basic framework of the system. Combined with simulation software using 3dsmax, the system simulates the equipment of wellbore, column, mining machine etc. It builds a virtual environment of well field, simulates downhole processing and it can assemble the wellbore dynamically using two--dimensional icon. The platform can provide users with designing and simulation production engineering workflow function. Users can understand production equipment comprehensively, abreast the latest information of well and support the decision for produce with the system.
