摘要
《灵枢·九针十二原》记载"刺之要,气至而有效"。得气是针灸取得疗效的关键所在,本文根据《灵枢·行针》和《灵枢·通天》所述内容,分析阴阳"五态人"的特点及其对针刺得气的影响。提出了因质施针,并对"五态人"的发病特点及疗效预后进行了分析推测,为针灸在临床中因人制宜提供指导。
Lingshu ： Jiuzhenshi＇ eryuan records that the essential of acupuncture is obtaining qi and effect obtained. Obtaining qi is the key of acupuncture＇s curative effect. The paper analyzed the characteristics of yin-yang five-state persons and their influences on obtaining qi according to the content of Lingshu： Xingzhen and Lingshu： Tongtian in Huangdineijing, and put forward the opinion of needling based on patients＇ constitutional types. The pathological features, curative effect and prognosis were analyzed in five-state persons for providing a guideline for acupuncture in different persons in clinic.
