摘要
以价值链分析方法剖析资金集中管理的难点及对策。从纵向价值链看资金管理体系的设计,探讨资金管理权限在母子公司之间的划分、资金集中后的风险控制等;从横向价值链分析如何减少资金管理中的非增值活动,提高资金管理附加值。提出未来的资金管理应树立更高的管理目标,应重新审视资金管理的边界。
It analyzes the difficulties and strategies of centralized management of fund by the value chain anal- ysis method. Considering the vertical value chain, it discusses the design of fund management, the authority division between parent and subsidiary companies and the risk control. Considering it discusses how to reduce the non-value added activities. It proposes that fund the horizontal value chain, management in the future should establish higher capital management objectives, and should re-examine the border of the financial management.
