摘要
本文运用单片机和虚拟仪器技术设计了综合测量大功率发光二极管(LED)在不同驱动电流下的温升、光电流和LED两端电压的系统,本系统具有操作简单、实用、可靠等优点。分析测试所得数据,结果发现,LED的温升曲线、光电流曲线基本符合某一指数规律,通过数据曲线拟合,得出一种与采集得到的数据吻合度较好的数学函数模型,为快速预测LED在不同驱动电流下温升、使用寿命等提供了一种有效的数学模型。
In this paper, a test system was designed to measure the temperature rise, photocurrent and voltage of the high power LED using the MCU and virtual instrument. The system has the characters which includes being simple and practical to operate and reliable. Then, analyzing the test datas, the results show that the temperature rise curve and the photocurrent curve of the LED both obey expontential function basically. By curve fitting, a math model was obtained which fits the test data with well goodness. It provides a valid model to predict the temperature and lifetime of the LED fastly under different driving currents.
