摘要
本文介绍了基于CC-Link构建的隧道LED照明控制系统,具体介绍了采用地感线圈检测车速和车流量,采用光照度传感器检测自然光信息的原理和隧道照明设计方法数学建模及实现方法,还分析了CC-Link总线信号传输原理、工作方式和技术要点,对远程模拟量输出模块对应的缓存地址进行了分配,阐明了数据链接的关键要点,通过举例指出了数据传输格式,给出了数据链接的关键程序。
In this paper, a tunnel LED lighting control system based on CC-Link is presented, mainly including the principle and method to detect vehicle speed and traffic flow by induction coil and to detect the natural light by illuminance sensor, and to build a mathematical model for the tunnel lighting design. This paper also analyzed the principles of signal transmission, operation mode and the key technological points for CC-Link in detail. Moreover, the distribution of corresponding cache memory addresses of romote analog output module, and the key points of data link are discussed. The data transfer format and the key program of data link are given in the examples.
