摘要
在分析影响LNG船液舱蒸发率的主要因素基础上,对液货舱热负荷进行定性分析。介绍普通型绝热液货舱的热负荷计算方法和公式,液货舱蒸发率的定义和计算方法以及C型液货舱绝热层厚度的设计和计算思路。以某小型LNG船为例,对单圆筒型C型独立液货舱进行传热分析及绝热层厚度计算,以满足蒸发率要求。
After analyzing the main factors affecting the boil off rate of liquid cargo tank of the LNG carriers, the thermal load in the tank was analyzed qualitatively. The calculation methods and formulas for the thermal load of the tank with general type of insulation layer were introduced, as well as the definition and calculation method of boil off rate of the tank, the design and calculation methods of thickness of the insulation layer of type C cargo tank. With a small LNG carrier as an example, the heat transfer analysis and calculation of insulation thickness for a single cylinder type C independent tank were completed in order to meet the boil off rate requirements.
