摘要
为了筛选抗大肠杆菌性腹泻的中药复方,试验采用小鼠腹腔注射大肠杆菌O101的方法建立腹泻模型,比较不同中药复方对腹泻小鼠的症状、体重、血细胞变化及脏器指数的影响。结果表明:与模型对照组比较,复方4组小鼠体重增重显著,脾脏指数差异显著,血细胞指标趋于正常。说明复方4能有效治疗大肠杆菌所致的腹泻。
To screen the traditional Chinese medicine compound recipe against Escherichia coli （ E. coli） - induced diarrhea. The diarrheal mod- el was established by intraperitoneal injection of Escherichia coli 0101 in mice, and the effects of the different compound were compared in clinical symptoms, body weight, change of blood cells and organ index . The results showed that compared to the mice in the model group, the mice in the fourth compound group had a significant increase in body weight and significant difference in spleen index, and the indices of blood cells tended to be more normal. It demonstrates that the fourth compound recipe can be effective in treating E. coliinduced diarrhea.
