摘要
为了研究金黄色葡萄球菌的致病机理,试验将金黄色葡萄球菌接种于小鼠关节腔内,成功地建立了小鼠金黄色葡萄球菌性关节炎的病理模型,通过测定足趾厚度及组织病理学检查对所建立的病理模型进行了动态研究。结果表明:从接种金黄色葡萄球菌第4天开始,小鼠关节部位明显肿胀,足趾厚度显著升高,关节组织病变明显,关节滑膜淤血、出血、水肿,并可见大量炎性细胞浸润,滑膜细胞增生并且排列疏散、紊乱等病理变化。说明试验成功建立小鼠金黄色葡萄球菌性关节炎的病理模型。
To study the pathogenic mechanism of Staphylococcus aureus, the pathological model of staphylococcal arthritis in mice was established by intra - articular inoculation of Staphylococcus aureus in mice, and then the dynamic study was carried out by the determination of toe thickness and the methods of histological observation. The results showed that the joint of the body was markedly swollen on the fourth day after inoculated with Staphylococcus aureus, and the toe thickness was significantly increased. There were pathological changes in the joint tissues, and the synovial showed congestion, hemorrhage and edema. A large number of inflammatory cell infiltrations were observed, and the synovial cell were proliferated, sparse, scattered and disordered. The results demonstrate that the pathological model of staphylococcal arthritis in mice is established successfully.
