摘要
目的 :讨论烤瓷熔附冠桥作种植义齿的上部修复体的技术特点 ,说明在临床应用的有效性。方法 :以数千例CDIC种植义齿烤瓷熔附冠桥修复的临床经验为基础 ,阐述烤瓷熔附冠桥修复体边缘 ,咬面处理 ,金属基底制作等方面的技术特点以及生物力学问题。结论 :在大多数情况下 ,烤瓷熔附冠桥是种植义齿的上部修复体最佳选择 ,其生物相容性、功能 ,美观及清洁性都较为理想。
Objective: Statement of problem. Porcelain_fused_to_metal (PFM) has been used as prostheses supported by implants. The validity of this technique is in debate. To discuss the features of PFM prostheses supported by implants. Methods: Based on the experience of over four thousands cases with CDIC implant-supported dentures, this article discussed the margin, and occlusion of PFM prostheses with implant treatment, and made a stress on the biomechanical problems. The different kinds of restoration were introduced. Conclusions: In the most of cases, PFM with its good biocompatibility, function and esthetics is the best choice for the patients who decide to accept dental implant treatment.
