摘要
针对大型精密薄板工件的淬火变形问题 ,提出了用带冷板的压淬模进行压淬的新工艺 ,并针对碟簧的压淬成型做了压淬模模板冷却管道的工艺计算和压淬模设计 .
The new pressing and hardening technology is put forward through using the die with internal cooling tube in order to avoid deformation of large-size,precise and thin plate. The cooling tube of compression and hardened die is calculated and designed.
