摘要
目的观察综合性护理在小儿过敏性紫癜治疗中的应用效果。方法将68例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各34例。对照组给予常规护理措施;研究组在对照组基础上加用综合性护理措施。观察2组护理效果、住院时间及0.5年后复发情况。结果研究组治愈率高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,0.5年复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对过敏性紫癜患儿应用综合性护理措施,能有效提高患儿的治愈率,缩短患儿住院时间,减少疾病复发率,从而提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observation the effect of comprehensive care measure in the treatment of children with aller- gic purpura. Methods 68 cases child with allergic purpura were randomly divided into research group and control group, each of 34cases. Contral group was given routine care measures; Research group was given comprehensive care measure on the basis of routine care measures. After treatment, observed the nursing effect and the average length of hospital stay. Compared the re- lapse situation. Results The cure rate and the average length of hospital stay, relapse situation of research group were all bet- ter than that of contral group, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of comprehen- sive care measures in the treatment of children with allergic purpura can improve the cure rate, decrease the average length of hospital stay and reduce the rate of disease recurrence.
