摘要
20世纪70年代中期到80年代初,国际冷战格局发生变化,总体呈苏攻美守的战略态势,美苏的对非政策也相应做出了调整,同时又在安哥拉、非洲之角和扎伊尔等地加强了新的争夺,中国在这种态势下,改善中美关系,并尽可能地发展了中非关系。
From the middle of 1970s to the beginning of 1980s, great changes have been formed in international cold war situations, the United States and Soviet Union made relevant readjustments on African Policy, and at the same time, reinforced the new military and political competition at Angola, Northeast of Africa and Zaire, which influenced China＇ s policy towards Africa.
