摘要
通过XD发电厂脱硫工程,得出脱硫工程中的环境费用与收益及对主要指标进行敏感性分析,提出了发电企业环保工程费用效益的计算模型及主要影响因素。给出针对发电企业环境经济政策的思考。
Through the XD Desulfurization project in power plant, the environmental costs and benefits in it are obtained and sensitivity analysis is carried out upon those main indicators. This paper presents a cost- effectiveness computing model for those environmental protection projects in power generation enterprises and puts forward the main influence factors, thereby raising reflection upon the environmental and economic policies of power plants.
