摘要
目的评价该院口服抗高血压药应用情况及趋势。方法对该院2011年口服抗高血压药应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、分析。结果省增补目录和区增补目录销售金额比例高;钙通道阻断剂和血管紧张素受体Ⅱ拮抗剂的销售金额和DDDs排序居前2位;按单品种排序,氨氯地平、左旋氨氯地平和缬沙坦居DDDs排序的前3位。结论该院口服抗高血压药应用符合国家"高血压防治指南"。
Objective To evaluate the situation and tendency of oral anti-hypertensive drug use. Methods Counted and analyzed on drug Varieties,consumption sum and frequency of drug use（DDDs） of our hospital in 2011. Results The consumption sum was relatively high of province and area additions directory, the consumption sum and the DDDS ranking of Calcium channel blockers and Angiotensin receptor II antagonists were top 2. Sorted by single species, Amledipine, Levamlodipine and Valsartan accounted for the top three position. Conclusion The drug use of oral anti-hypertensive drug in our hospital is in accord with Hypertension Prevention Guide.
