摘要
目的分析四肢长管骨骨折内固定取出术后再骨折的原因,探讨预防再骨折发生的防治措施。方法回顾分析自2006年5月至2009年10月我科收治的12例四肢长管骨骨折内固定取出术后再发骨折患者的治疗效果。结果术后病例均获随访,随访时间18～32月,平均26月。12例患者术后切口均一期愈合,骨折顺利愈合,愈合时间4～15月,平均12.8月。无再次骨折发生,关节功能改善。结论初次手术的坚强内固定,把握准确的内固定取出时机,适当的关节功能康复锻炼,加强保护性意识是防止再骨折的关键。
Objective To analyze the causes of refracture of long bone shaft after removal the internal fixation and to study the preventive measures.Methods 12 cases of refracture of long bone shaft after removal of internal fixation from may 2006 to october 2009 in people＇ hospital of De＇yang city were retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases were followed up for 18-32 months with an average of 26 months.All the incisions were healed by first intention.All fractures healed successfully,and the average union time was 4-15 months with an average of 12.8 months.There were no refracture in the cases and the joint function was well improved.Conclusion The effective internal fixation of primayr operation,accurate time of removal of internal fixation,appropriate exercise of joint function and the enhancing of protective consciousness is the important issue of preventing refracture.
